I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Welschen in Zermatt and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The hotel's proximity to local restaurants like National Stubli and Chalet da Giuseppe made dining out very convenient, yet the in-room tea and coffee facilities and kitchen utensils provided the option for a cozy night in. The private terrace allowed for breathtaking views of the Matterhorn, giving a sense of tranquility and relaxation that truly set this stay apart. To add to the luxury, the room's bathtub, plush carpeted floors, and flat-screen TV created a perfect environment for unwinding after a day of exploring the Swiss Alps. I cannot recommend this gem enough to anyone seeking a memorable Alpine retreat.
